SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION (SRS)
Over here you will input the requirements received from client’s end. It is better that you divide the SRS modules you have understood, and mention the key area and functions in bullet points. This will make reviewer’s life easy for working on the planning session.
Note: If it is a live project the name of the company with its contact information should be mentioned. A brief description about the nature of the company and the sector they belong to and the type of the work they do should also be mentioned.
PLANNING SESSION:
A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ABOUT THE FIRST MEETING WITH DATE AND MEMEBERS INVOLVED. Find the key areas that are mandatory to mention

Objective of the Project
This section will contain all the solutions you are going to provide through your project. It should be mentioned in detail.
Costing
Use of any costing model you prefer. Please do not write theory of models, instead give practical working of costing and explain it in 8-10 lines.
Closure statement
It should contain comments of the project guide or client in case of live project quoted as approved synopsis stating that the development team have understood the requirements and are ready to start the work.
Note: The entire synopsis should not go beyond 3 pages or ideally 400 to 500 words. If the project is of large size the pages can be till 4 – 5 pages or up to 800 words but not beyond that.
